Julie-May was instrumental in the operational planning of our acquisition of Scottsdale Construction Systems as well as the migration of our New Zealand Head Office function to Brisbane Australia. The process was well planned, executed and managed with minimal disruption to staff and customers. Julie-May was charged with improving operational processes and assisted the team in implementing and managing the integrated CRM system and Document Management System. Julie-May was also heavily involved in the recruitment of team members as well as formulating the plan for a re-launch into the United States.
